How long till I receive my Wallet?

For All UK orders delivery is FREE if charge. We use Royal Mail for shipping orders due to the fact our products fit through the letter box! This means you don't have to be in to sign for your delivery. This service is also extremely efficient with 90% of our orders being received next day. If you are an international customer or have any special shipping requirements, please email us and we'll sort it out for you.  All orders received before 4pm will be posted Same Day.

What's Your Return Policy like?

As mentioned we seek to make every customer happy, and as such we treat every case individually (so are willing to bend our policy on occasion) . However a general guideline can be read below.

Refunds:

We ask that for a full refund you return your wallet to the address listed on our site within 14days. The wallet must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. Please email us before returning your wallet, this way we can processed your refund as soon as it is received.

Exchange:

If you would like to exchange your wallet for another, for any reason, please email us to confirm the availability of your prefered exchange (and so we can keep one aside for you).  For an exchange we ask that you return your original wallet to us, unused and in the same condition you received it, within 21days. If your wallet is a Ducti wallet, please see the return tab on your specific wallet if you would like to exchange it for another ducti.
