Every Ducti Wallet comes with a “Ducti never Dies” lifetime trade in policy – if your wallet ever wears out we’ll arrange it to be replaced by a new one! Simply send your old wallet back to us (ad the address listed in the “Contact Us” section) with a cheque for £5. The £5 is the cover postage and handling for the new wallet. If you want to upgrade your style of wallet to a hybrid style you can do this too, simply follow the steps above but include a cheque for £7 instead.

Delivery

All order received by 12pm will be sent out today. Orders received before 3.30pm have a very high chance of being sent out today but not guaranteed. Due to the size of our wallets, all products are sent via Royal mail first class and will be received in 1-2 working days.

Returns

We offer a satisfaction guarantee on every product we sell. If what you purchase does not live up to your expectations, you can of course return it to us.

We will happily refund orders that are returned within 14 days from the date your order is received. All items being returned must be in the same condition you received them with all labels and original packaging. Once the goods have arrived back with us, they will be checked to ensure they have not been used. It may take up to 14 days to refund your purchase from the date your items arrive with us or the supplier.

If you wish to exchange your order simply contact us via email and return the product within 30 days of your order being fulfilled. Items must be returned in the same condition you received them with all labels and original packaging. Once we have received the goods, they will be checked to ensure they have not been used.  The exchanged product will be sent out on the same day we receive the return.

We will then get back to you with a quotation. For example to send a Wallet to the USA is around £6 on top of your order if we send it recorded delivery.
